Can you tell me where the new CSV file is for uploading data for courses?
Click on the Providers icon, and then the Provider Documents icon. There are two CSV files, one replaces the ILA form and the other is for transcript upload.
Have the provider and operator emails been sent for the new site?
Password reset emails were sent to system operators and provider primary users 12/14/2017.
I do not have a Provider Documents icon.
As a system operator, I have not received my email. In comparing with others, seems to have gone out alphabetical by last name. Wondering if the system is still cranking, or did it get stuck in some type of email filter. Trying to be patient, but wondering if I need to notify our IT department. Thanks again.
The email is coming from a new source and may not be getting through your IT. Also, check your junk mail folder for an email from "email@example.com".
I know some of my operators had not updated their email addresses in a long time. Try logging into the new site with your old username and when you attempt to reset your password it will tell you the email address associated with your account. https://nerc-socced.useclarus.com

When is www.nerc.com going to be updated with new information? The continuing education portion of the site needs to be updated with the ILA CSV, bulk upload needs to be removed, new upload spreadsheet uploaded etc.
I am unable to load multiple CEH's into SOCCED. Am I going to have to do this individually? I do not have a Provider Documents icon. Thanks.
I do not have a Provider Documents icon either. Also, I am trying to register an Operator for the NERC exam. He received and ATT number, but it is not recognized by PSI. I recently learned there is an issue with this process. Are you going to implement a manual process while the source of the problem is determined? Thank you.
I'm trying to find the expiration dates for a few ILAs that were submitted to SOCCED before the change. I see the ILAs listed but when I click on Details, I still can't find the expiration dates. Any ideas? Thanks.

I thought the old version was extremely un-user friendly, much like the entire NERC website. This one is less so. The old one used to have a List of CEH providers, which was helpful. Is that still somewhere in SOCCED? The NERC banner at the top of the page does not link to NERC, it takes you to BrightLink. There is only one System Operator video, despite all the subcategories, and it doesn't have sound and is grainy if you View Fullscreen. I also watched a 23 minute Intro Webinar video which the first 20:38 did not apply to me as an operator. And why do I need a different log-in to post this comment in the SOCCED Help center?
Trying to find ILA expiration dates... Lori, Did you receive an answer?
You should be able to see the course start dates now. Click View Details, then click View/Edit Application. Courses now expire 1 year after the start date. Example: Start Date 2018-01-06, expiration date 2019-01-06.
I'm trying to view course to look at an approved ILA and keep getting the "oops something went wrong" message. All other areas are working fine....anyone else having issues or know of a fix?
